Jackie O’Rourke

Jackie O’Rourke joined the Beresford Realty team as a Real Estate agent in 2015. Jackie is known as a career educator specializing in all levels of Mathematics. She has taught in the Charleston area for over 40 years. Her teaching experience ranges from Middle School through College. With her strong background of math, she is able to make her clients understand and be comfortable with purchasing/selling their homes in our real estate market and making the numbers work!

Jackie has lived in the Lowcountry for over 40 years. Her local experience as a resident, teacher, coach and real estate investor in the Charleston Region provides her clients a level of expertise that ensures success.

O’Rourke has a BS degree from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania and a Master Degree (MAED) from The Citadel. Jackie has over 40 years of coaching experience. She has coached high school Track and Field, Cross County, Basketball, and Swimming. Her affiliation with sports and the aspects of competition make her the perfect agent in this competitive real estate environment. In her words, “I am a fierce competitor! Because of her 40+ years as a resident, teacher and coach of the Charleston Region and traveling throughout the tri-county area, O’Rourke has personally experienced the ever-changing real estate market. Jackie is married to Tom, and has three grown married children. In her spare time, she enjoys running, competing in triathlons, bicycling, scuba diving and playing with her four grandchildren.
