Brittany DiMeglio

Brittany was raised right here in the Lowcountry. She has watched the major real estate developments and growth from Mt. Pleasant to Goose Creek where she has lived. A career in real estate was a natural fit and she became a licensed REALTOR® in 2006 and received her Broker license in 2012. To enhance her skills and provide an additional level of service to her clients, DiMeglio went back to school and became a licensed appraiser.

Brittany specializes in serving our Home Town Heros. Her attention to the details, understanding the importance of this huge investment and organizational skills help her busy clients keep on schedule for a smooth closing. As well as holding a Broker license and Certified Residential Appraiser license, Brittany also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Southern Wesleyan University and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Strayer University.
