Alan Garner, PMP

I am a native of the Isle of Palms, where my mother and sister still reside since 1965 and where I lived a dream life on the beach and in the creeks in my early years. After college, I joined the military and now am a proud Air Force Veteran and former Squadron Commander. I have a B.S. in Management from Charleston Southern University and a M.S. in Supply Chain Management from Georgia College. I am also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

After a rewarding military career, I worked for 16 years as a Business Developer and Project Manager for several international companies building winning teams while providing engineering and technical services for the Navy at SPAWAR and the Air Force at Shaw AFB.

Subsequently after years of serving the military community, I sought my true passion in real estate and obtained my real estate license. Since then, I worked as a Commercial Real Estate broker focused on small office space and vacant land for businesses. Recently, I expanded to the residential market where I have intimate knowledge of the East Cooper area to help clients find their dream homes.

For the past 16 years, Cynthia and I raised our two beautiful daughters on Daniel Island with frequent visits to Mamaw’s house on IOP. Like many, we have seen the growth of our little families and our neighborhoods. The growth is amazing but it just keeps getting better. Now, it is a pleasure to help others find the perfect neighborhood for them to enjoy the Lowcountry way of life.
