David G. Bates

David G. Bates is a Charleston native and has been buying and selling real estate in the local market for the past 20+ years. Graduating from the College of Charleston with a BA in English, he began his postgraduate real estate studies at the Citadel in 1998. After obtaining his SC Salesman license as well as his Certified General Real Estate appraiser license he opened Beresford Realty and Beresford Appraisals. With his strong knowledge of the local market and an insistence on the best customer service, David enjoys helping clients with a variety of property types ranging from vacant land, to residential, and commercial.

David lives in Ravenel, SC with his wife Lori and two daughters. He believes that faith and integrity are key in life and business, and one must always strive to help others and give back to the community.
