Patrick O’Rourke a native to Mount Pleasant. He brings his knowledge of the area and zest for coastal living to Beresford Realty. Patrick attended Bishop England “Go Bishops” where he ran track and played football. His active outdoor life style, surfing, wakeboarding and boating prompted him to stay in Charleston while attending The College of Charleston. Graduating with a degree in Psychology and a minor in hospitality he gained invaluable experience at The John Rutledge House, and the now famed McCrady’s in downtown Charleston.
One of Patrick’s first real estate transactions was his personal purchase of the old Eagle Landing Golf Course Club House. Together with his business partner, Arlette O’Rourke, they started Indigenius Cuisine, a catering and Event Company and renovated the club house to create a small event venue they named Reservoir Hall. The complexity of the purchase of Reservoir Hall is what captured Patrick’s interest in Commercial Real Estate. He is actively involved in residential, commercial and investment real estate both personally and as a licensed REALTOR®. “I have had the pleasure of watching Charleston explode in popularity over three decades. Let my experience and local knowledge help you make your best purchasing decisions.” Patrick lives with his three year old son Patrick Jr. (PJ) just down the street from the offices at Daniel Island Marina.
