Margaux Kilgallen is a University of Maryland graduate with a B.A. in Advertising. She spent several years in the advertising & filmmaking industry in Washington, DC. Kilgallen started her real estate investing career straight out of college settling on her first home 3 months after graduation. She later sold that investment to finance her two-year sabbatical in Europe.
Returning home, Kilgallen started an advertising and marketing firm called Ad-Ventures.
After securing a large advertising contract she invested in the purchase and restoration of a historic 1910 Sears & Roebuck cottage.
Margaux moved to Charleston in 1994 with husband Jamie Kilgallen. She has spent the past decade as a freelance marketer specializing in the commercial construction industry. “My mission is to create a positive path to success for my clients, to go beyond the obvious to reach our stated goal. In my home it’s called the “CAN DO” approach and I’m ready when you are!”
Kilgallen is on the Board for Charleston Youth Company, a volunteer with the Charleston Area Therapeutic Riding (CATR), Footlight Players, SPACE and chairwomen for several educational committees.
