Ingrid Flad-Gooding a Charleston resident for over 20 years, came here for college from North East Pennsylvania and fell in love with the Low Country. After years of developing relationships in the hospitality and fitness industries she decided to take on the challenge of Charleston real estate.

Ingrid resides in West Ashley with her husband John and beautiful children Eloise, Ike, and Cal.
